Meet Jack

After a nightmare recruiting process in high school, I knew I had to do something differently when I got to junior college. After trial and error, I generated dozens of scholarships & went on to play at Mississippi State University. After my junior year, I was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels and played 7 years of professional baseball. Since then, I’ve spent the last 4 years improving upon my initial strategy & helping families navigate the recruiting process.

Meet Connor

After playing 6 years of professional baseball and graduating from Georgia Tech, I decided to pursue my next passion in collegiate baseball coaching. After a full season as the Assistant Coach at Berry College (D3), and a fall season as the Hitting and Defense Consultant at Georgia Tech (D1), I decided to blend my passion for coaching with my business strategy & innovation degree into one package at D1 Scholarship.

Our Strategy

  • We want to get you as much exposure as possible, but our process may look a little different than some other services.

    We believe showcases & camps are for evaluation, not exposure. We work to generate interest using other methods (email, social media, etc), and only attend showcases once we’re in communication with coaches.

    This makes it much easier to select showcases & camps that will be worth your time and money.

  • We put a huge emphasis on data. We believe that if you’re not looking at metrics in your recruiting process, it’s tough to make adjustments & improve your success rate.

    For those of you who care, we essentially apply a B2B sales process to the college recruiting process & it works incredibly well.
