I’m Jack.

In high school, my college recruiting process was a nightmare. Despite going to every showcase and camp I could possibly attend, I struggled to generate interest & offers from college coaches.

When I got to Junior College, I vowed to figure out how the process actually worked. I knew I had the talent…I just needed to figure out how to showcase that talent to the right people.

I went on to play at Mississippi State, and eventually got drafted by the Los Angeles Angels. After 7 years of professional baseball, I hung up the cleats and started helping other athletes navigate the recruiting process.

To date, I’ve helped athletes in 8 different sports navigate college recruiting. We have multiple athletes currently talking to more than 20 schools, and as I write this, we’ve generated over 90 interested college coaches for our athletes in just the last 3 weeks.

What Most People Do

Most people make 3-minute highlight videos. And this is why they fail.

No college coach is going to watch 3 or more minutes of a player they’ve never seen before.

Know what they’ll do instead?

Here’s the step-by-step:

  1. Watch the first 10 seconds of your video

  2. Then they’ll click around on your video to try and find another clip that they think will be helpful in evaluating you

  3. If they get frustrated, they’ll click off immediately.

  4. If they find what they’re looking for, they might watch more.

  5. Less than 5% of coaches “watch more”
