A school counts as “interested” if at least one of these is true:
Personal coach response
A college coach sends a personal reply to your athlete (or you) by email, DM, text, or phone that indicates interest or a clear next step (e.g. “We’d like to see more film,” “Please complete our recruiting questionnaire,” “Let’s set up a call,” etc.).
Personalized camp or visit invite
The program sends a personalized invite (not a mass blast) to attend a camp, visit campus, or join a junior day / prospect day, and it clearly ties to your athlete (not just “Dear Prospect”).
Coach-initiated social follow
A college coach follows your athlete from their individual coach account, NOT the generic team or school account.
Live conversation with a coach
Your athlete has a two‑way phone call or Zoom with a college coach specifically about playing for their program.
These do not count as “interested schools”:
- Generic or automated camp invites (“Dear Prospect,” mass blasts)
- Bulk emails or texts from showcases, services, or recruiting platforms
- Interest that comes only from attending a showcase or camp, with no direct coach follow‑up
- A coach simply opening an email with no reply
- A follow from the generic program or school account (not an individual coach)
To be eligible for the guarantee:
- At least one parent must attend the 1-on-1 monthly call with your advisor every month
- Actively engage in outreach to at least 100 or more schools during the 12-week period, with flexibility to expand outreach as needed if interest is slower to develop.
