Here's What Happens Each Week
The Academy combines self-paced learning with live coaching and weekly accountability.
Monday: Learn
You get access to pre-recorded curriculum content (no more than 30 minutes each week since you're likely a busy parent) that teaches the week's topic in depth. Watch on your own schedule.
Tuesday: Live Q&A Call for this week's assignments
Each Tuesday, bring any questions you have about this week’s assignment. The purpose of this call is to make sure you’re 100% clear on how to execute the assignment so we can review your work by Friday. This gives you a chance to get any questions answered or details clarified before the Friday review. And of course, you'll always have access to the exclusive private chat for questions & clarifications if you can't make Tuesday's call.
Tuesday through Thursday: Execute
Work on your assignments with support from the private academy community. Get help from peers and faculty.
Friday: Review & Personalized Feedback
Submit your weekly assignment (target list, video, emails, etc.) and get personalized feedback from faculty.
Join the live coaching session (60-90 minutes) where:
•Faculty teaches advanced strategies
•Students present their work for feedback ("hot seat" coaching)
•You ask questions and learn from other families
All sessions are recorded. If you can't make a live session, you can still submit your work and get feedback directly from our faculty so you don't fall behind or skip a beat.
Weekend: Adjustments & Recharge
Make the adjustments to the current week's assignments based on the feedback you received from our faculty, or kick back & recharge over the weekend if there's nothing else to do.

Week 3: Highlight Video Strategy (Video Selection)

• Highlight video strategy that displays your athlete's value & talent

• Collection of 20-30 clips that coaches will love showcasing necessary skills

Week 4: Highlight Video Strategy (Editing, Uploading & Titling)

Highlight Video Editing & Setup (Optional Add On)
Video Strategy We Deploy
Standard recruiting advice recommends you create a 3-minute highlight reel of your best clips. We've found something that works much better. Instead, we create a fully organized YouTube channel of multiple clips segmented out by skill. This makes it easier for college coaches to evaluate your athlete.
Editing & Uploading
We will cut, edit and upload all of the video for you. By the end of week 4 in the academy, you will have a fully operating Video Channel designed to impress college coaches and make it easy for them to evaluate your athlete.
Quantity of Video
We will add up to 60 videos to your Video Channel by the end of week 4 of the academy.
What types of videos can I use?
You can give us video from Hudl, Veo, Trace, Gamechanger, your laptop and phone, or really any other video platform. Once we've located your video, we'll handle everything else.
Can you break down full game video?
Yes, but only if we're given time stamps for where the action happens. For instance: "Slide tackle at 2:27" - due to the volume of students we have, we are not able to sit through hours of full game footage to find your athlete's best plays.
Selection of best clips
We will evaluate your film and select the clips we believe will be most effective in showcasing your athlete's talent to college coaches. You will not have to select the clips yourself.
Timeline for Video Channel Delivery
Your video will be completed by the end of week 4 of the academy to keep you on schedule.

Code of Conduct
Due to the nature of a group environment, all students must adhere to a strict code of conduct so as not to disrupt the experience for other students. Disrespectful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate removal from the academy.
If you get your athlete in front of more college coaches, you are likely to get more scholarship offers.

Common questions we receive about the academy.
How much time does the Academy require each week?
Plan for 2-3 hours per week:
•30 minutes of pre-recorded curriculum content (watch on your schedule)
•60-90 minutes for the live coaching session (Fridays)
•1-2 hours for your weekly assignment
This is a commitment, but it's easily manageable for families with busy schedules.
What if I can't attend the live sessions?
All live sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. You can watch the replay and still submit your assignments for feedback at any point. However, we strongly encourage attending live for the best experience.
What grade level is this for?
The Academy is designed for families with high school athletes in the recruiting process. If your athlete is a freshman or a sophomore, please note that you will not be able to get personal interest yet from college coaches due to your athlete's age. Families enjoy starting early to get a head start on the process, and often see better results when their athlete is legally allowed to be recruited.
Do you guarantee my athlete will get recruited?
No. We can't control college coaches' decisions, and anyone who promises guaranteed scholarships engages in deceptive practices. What we can guarantee is that you'll have a professional recruiting campaign, the right tools, and expert coaching. If you execute the system, you'll maximize your chances of getting recruited.
Can I get help with implementing my highlight video strategy?
Yes. The Academy teaches you how to create your own highlight video (Weeks 3 and 4), and you'll get feedback from faculty and peers. If you want professional editing & uploading from our faculty, you can add our Video Editing Service for $1,450 (optional).
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You'll have a live recruiting campaign and a 90-day action plan to maintain momentum. You'll also get a special rate for the Scholarship Lab if you want ongoing support (must present a Certificate of Completion from the academy to qualify for the special rate). Sign up for Scholarship Lab must be within 30 days of Certificate of Completion for the special rate to be valid.
